So werden eine gute Qualit\u00e4t sowie nachhaltige Prozesse und L\u00f6sungen zeiteffizient gew\u00e4hrleistet.<\/p>\n<p>Die Haupt-Verantwortlichkeiten des Einkaufs sind:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gesamtkostenkontrolle<\/li>\n<li>Risikominderung<\/li>\n<li>Wertsch\u00f6pfung<\/li>\n<li>Gew\u00e4hrleistung des Verhaltenskodex<\/li>\n<li>Optimierung der Versorgungseffizienz<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ausserdem muss stets ein fairer und unvoreingenommener Ansatz gegen\u00fcber den Zulieferm\u00e4rkten und den damit zusammenh\u00e4ngenden Entscheidungen gew\u00e4hrleistet werden. Die Beschaffungspolitik von Kanadevia Inova basiert auf der CIPS-Beschaffungspolitik\u00a0(Chartered Institute of Procurement &amp; Supply).<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Um diese Ziele zu erreichen, ist die Abteilung in 2 Haupt-Arbeitsbereiche aufgeteilt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Produktgruppenmanagement \u2013 zust\u00e4ndig f\u00fcr das proaktive Management der Haupt-Ausgabenkategorien mit den entsprechenden Eink\u00e4ufen (z. B.: Installation &amp; Montage, Mechanik, Elektronik &amp; Steuerung, indirekte Ausgaben wie IT, Telekommunikation, Reisen, B\u00fcroeinrichtung und -m\u00f6bel).<\/li>\n<li>Projekt-Beschaffungsmanagement \u2013 zust\u00e4ndig f\u00fcr das optimale Management von Versorgung und Dienstleistungen bei Kundenprojekten, Gew\u00e4hrleistung standortspezifischer Gesch\u00e4ftsbedingungen, Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten f\u00fcr Projektbedarf, Fehlerbehebung und Reklamationsabwicklung, falls erforderlich.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Zus\u00e4tzlich ist der Einkauf f\u00fcr die gesamte Verwaltung der zugelassenen Lieferanten, ihre Auswahl und kontinuierliche Beurteilung sowie gegebenenfalls ihre Entwicklung zust\u00e4ndig.[\/vc_column_text]<\/div>\t\n\n<div  class=\"qodef-tab-container\" id=\"tab-verhaltenskodex\" data-icon-pack=\"font_awesome\" data-icon-html=\"&lt;i class=&quot;qodef-icon-font-awesome fa  &quot; &gt;&lt;\/i&gt;\">\n    [vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]Kanadevia Inova AG\u00a0requires all third-party Suppliers (including contractors and any contractor-related party) to maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and integrity in their business dealings, not only with regards to Kanadevia Inova, but also in their relations with other suppliers, customers, employees, competitors and communities. As a Supplier of Kanadevia Inova you shall:<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Adopt and comply with Kanadevia Inova\u2019s zero tolerance policy towards bribery and corruption.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all the supplies under your contract with Kanadevia Inova do not directly or indirectly infringe any international trade or export control laws and regulations including without limitation any economic and\/or trade sanctions enacted by the United Nations Security Council, Japan, Switzerland, European Union, United Kingdom and United States of America.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Avoid the giving of business gifts, other than items of very small intrinsic value, such as business diaries or calendars. Likewise, avoid offering hospitality that is not appropriate to the business at hand.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Adhere to highest ethical standards and respect the rights, privacy and dignity of all persons with whom you are dealing. Respect also the provisions of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights &amp; the Conventions of the International Labour Organisation with regards to:\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Elimination of Child Labour and Non-use of Forced Labour<\/li>\n<li>Eradication of slavery and human trafficking<\/li>\n<li>Freedom of Employment &amp; Association<\/li>\n<li>Respect for the Individual and Elimination of Discrimination<\/li>\n<li>Safe and Healthy Working Conditions<\/li>\n<li>Payment of living wages &amp; regular employment entitlements<\/li>\n<li>Non-excessive working hours<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Keep Kanadevia Inova\u2019s business, financial and technical data as well as business correspondence confidential.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Not copy or improperly acquire or use any tangible or intellectual property belonging to Kanadevia Inova or any other company.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Adhere strictly to antitrust laws and avoid all unfair competitive practices.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Promptly disclose in writing to Kanadevia Inova any potential or actual conflicts of interest.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Ensure exclusion of any Conflict Minerals from the supply chain.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Adopt a \u201cSafety First\u201d approach and use proactive means and training to prevent accidents of all types. Adhere to ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety System standard.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Implement and maintain processes to improve environmental efficiency (to include reducing consumption of water, energy, office materials, raw materials, reducing business travel and transport mileage) and minimise all forms of waste whilst increasing recyclability of products wherever possible.
