L&#8217;injection primaire de biom\u00e9thane, r\u00e9alis\u00e9e fin mars 2017 dans le r\u00e9seau de Gaz R\u00e9seau Distribution France (GRDF), marque un jalon important du projet qui touche presque \u00e0 sa fin.<\/em><br \/>\nCe contrat inclut, outre le circuit de digesteurs, une installation de traitement du gaz \u00e0 technologie membranaire, permettant d&#8217;atteindre une capacit\u00e9 d&#8217;injection de 130 Nm\u00b3\/h de biom\u00e9thane. Celle-ci a r\u00e9ussi au mois de mars le test CRIGEN de l&#8217;op\u00e9rateur du r\u00e9seau: la semaine de fonctionnement test a \u00e9t\u00e9 suivie de trois semaines d&#8217;\u00e9valuation, afin de v\u00e9rifier tr\u00e8s exactement que la qualit\u00e9 du biom\u00e9thane \u00e9tait conforme aux exigences \u00e9lev\u00e9es de GRDF. \u00ab Le test constitue la condition pr\u00e9alable \u00e0 l&#8217;injection dans le r\u00e9seau et est d\u00e9cisif pour les travaux de finalisation \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Lars Kiaup, responsable de projet de Kanadevia Inova BioMethan. \u00ab L&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 de la technologie membranaire de Kanadevia Inova, offrant une s\u00e9lectivit\u00e9 du dioxyde de carbone et du m\u00e9thane sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la moyenne, a \u00e9cart\u00e9 tout motif de r\u00e9clamation \u00bb. Ceci a permis l&#8217;injection primaire de biom\u00e9thane dans le r\u00e9seau de gaz de GRDF plus t\u00f4t que pr\u00e9vu. Le test interne de performance commenca ensuite. Durant ce test, les param\u00e8tres convenus avec le client ont \u00e9t\u00e9 contr\u00f4l\u00e9s sur une dur\u00e9e de 72 heures. Les travaux restants sont actuellement en cours avant la remise au client, ces deux \u00e9l\u00e9ments constituant les derniers points afin de finaliser le projet.<br \/>\nLe concept de l&#8217;installation de m\u00e9thanisation de Kanadevia Inova se distingue par sa polyvalence en mati\u00e8re de capacit\u00e9 de traitement: l&#8217;installation produit en moyenne 130 Nm\u00b3\/h. Lors d&#8217;une prochaine phase, l&#8217;exploitant pr\u00e9voit de doubler ce chiffre pour atteindre 260 Nm\u00b3\/h, ce qui correspond \u00e0 2,21 millions de Nm\u00b3 de biom\u00e9thane par an.
